The Why + The How

We will officially launch the First Chances mentorship programme on April 05, 2020.

With the aim of connecting young professionals to established practitioners in their desired field, the program will initiate a developmental process which will foster both professional and personal growth of the mentees.

We are especially excited about this program, since it will allow the mentee to grow while providing mentors the opportunity to give back in a meaningful way.
