She has a proven track record of success in several areas of strategic and operational human resources including: Employee engagement, recruitment and selection, HR information systems and training and development.
She is passionate about helping people establish careers that allow them to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Since joining our team, Shannon Barrow has played a crucial role in the continued success of The Job Connect. Her exceptional skill set, creativity and dedication has inspired growth and engagement. ​
Currently a student of the University of the West Indies, Shannon is in pursuit of a BSc in Computer Science with Psychology. Additionally, she graduated with an Associate Degree in General Studies from Queens College. This unique combination has allowed her to effectively execute her duties while utilizing innovative strategies. ​
Shannon also launched Essbee Designs in 2019, a graphic company specializing in logo designs. We are proud to have her on the team.
