First Chances Internship Program

As a visionary and change agent, our Founder Tiffany Jones conceptualized the First Chances internship program in 2019. Given the plight of graduates on the job market, the program aims to offer students at the tertiary level the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, develop skills and give back to their nation.

We have partnered with various private organizations who are also passionate about this cause.

This program targets current students and graduates within a 2 year span who have never been exposed to the world of work before. Designed with a holistic approach, successful Interns will learn the art of writing a winning cover letter & resume, interview tips and benefit from career coaching. Additionally, they will also be exposed to a network of professionals in their field of interest.
